This business is a leader in the provision of expert advice related to property & infrastructure projects across the UK. At a busy time in their expansion, this company has a need for an additional member of staff. This individual will be involved in providing strategic acquisitions & development advice, particularly relating to the negotiation of agreements and assessment of acquisitions/redevelopment projects around major infrastructure schemes.
Applicants will have a good understanding of this sector, with good exposure to the Compulsory Purchase Order process. Strong valuation skills are essential, as is experience of working for or closely with Local Authorities/Public Bodies. The role would suit a Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS) with some exposure to the infrastructure industry. Registered Valuer status is preferred.
This post would favor someone based around the wider West Midlands, Yorkshire, or North East regions (the business currently operates a hybrid working model). Remuneration will reflect experience/qualifications, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 Salary + benefits (DOE).
