I’m currently working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Quantity Surveyor to support their continued growth. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded QS to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
The Role:
- Lead projects from inception through to completion
- Act as Employer’s Agent across a range of developments
- Manage cost plans, tenders, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings
- Mentor and support junior surveyors
- Work across JCT contracts (NEC contracts are a benefit)
Your Background:
- Experience acting independently as Employer’s Agent
- Client-facing and commercially aware
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- MRICS qualified or working towards
- MEP costing experience advantageous
