Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will lead the commercial and operational performance of the business, driving occupancy, revenue, customer experience and operational excellence across a growing portfolio, while building the platform for future growth.
Key Responsibilities

About You
You will be an ambitious commercial leader with over 10 years experience managing multi-site operations, ideally gained within:
- Flexible Workspace
- Self Storage
- Hospitality
- Logistics
- Business Services
- Property Platforms
- Other asset-backed operating businesses
- Private equity-backed experience is advantageous but not essential.
You'll combine strong commercial instincts with operational excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
