Estates Manager North - Remote Working

A rare clientside opportunity to join a well‑respected retail business to manage their UK portfolio.

You will look after their northern patch, around the M62 corridor northwards including Scotland. This is a home‑based role that can be anywhere in the patch – you will manage your own diary to look after circa 300 commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Full Estates Management: acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals, refurbs, relocations, etc.
• Managing third‑party agents and doing certain tasks personally.

c£55,000‑65,000 + Car Allowance.
