Are you looking for a clientside role where you can manage a varied investment portfolio? Our client is seeking a proven estate management surveyor to join their team and undertake all aspects of estates, property, and asset management. The goal is to maximise income by increasing efficiency and growing the number of assets.
You will manage external consultants regarding day-to-day property management, address vacant space, identify new development opportunities, and implement asset initiatives to maximise capital and income growth. Ideally, you should be MRICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial property and estates management.
