We are looking for vigilant and dedicated Lifeguards to join our team at our 4-star Aviemore Resort. With our impressive lagoon pool, sauna, steam room, and other leisure facilities, the safety and well-being of our guests are a top priority. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests while maintaining a professional and approachable attitude at all times.

  • Safety Monitoring: Supervise all guests in and around the lagoon pool, steam room, sauna, and other aquatic areas to ensure their safety at all times.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to any emergencies, including water rescues, first aid incidents, and providing appropriate assistance as needed.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide excellent guest service by assisting guests with poolside inquiries, ensuring they are using the facilities safely and comfortably.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that the pool and surrounding areas are clean, well-maintained, and free from hazards.
  • Health & Safety: Monitor and enforce all safety rules and regulations for the lagoon pool, steam room, sauna, and other related areas.
  • Lifeguard Certification: Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent is required. Certification should be up-to-date and include CPR and First Aid training.
  • First Aid Training: Current First Aid qualification is required (including basic life support and resuscitation).
  • Experience: Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a similar safety role is highly desirable.
  • Physical Fitness: Strong swimming ability and physical fitness to perform water rescues and assist in emergency situations.
