Position: Production Planner
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Production Planner to manage and optimize production schedules across our global chemical manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong planning skills, and can balance efficiency with quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize excess stock.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and adjust schedules to align with operational constraints and business priorities.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track production performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all planning activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Problem Solving: Address scheduling conflicts, supply chain disruptions, and urgent customer requirements promptly and effectively.
