Who we are looking for:
Previous production experience isn’t necessary – we offer full training and the opportunity to progress your career. We’re looking for keen, ambitious individuals who would like to apply their previous experience in our production facility.
What will you be doing?
- Operate a pedestrian and/or high‑lift forklift truck where applicable.
- Operate machinery in accordance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety Policies.
- Report defective equipment, accidents and breakages.
- Carry out QC tests / inspections where appropriate and report deviations to the Supervisor.
- Report safety and quality issues through the 1B and 1Q systems.
- Report all production transactions to SAP / SFoL accurately to ensure correct stock.
- Carry out on‑the‑job training of new starters when fully trained and competent.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S.
- Generate ideas and participate in implementing improvements to the Department.
Shift pattern: two rotating shifts, early and late shifts, Monday to Friday.
