Our MIS department are excited to announce that we are looking for team members to join as a Temporary MIS Enrolment Administrator. The Role:
- Monday – Thursday starting the week commencing 06/07/2026 – 10/09/2026. During the main enrolment period you might occasionally work on Fridays or Saturdays - TBC.
This role will play a vital part in supporting the Summer Enrolment period, providing support across customer service and data entry, ensuring the accurate input and maintenance of students’ enrolment details onto the student records system.
Main Duties for this role include:
- To take responsibility for the accurate input and maintenance of student and enrolment details onto the student records system.
- To communicate and support students and curriculum staff during the enrolment period.
- To support the whole enrolment process within the team as required, this may include assisting with; setting up rooms, meeting and directing students, taking photos, form and eligibility checks.
- To perform clerical duties including distribution of forms, filing, photocopying, production of letters, reports and student ID cards.
- To support other functions within the team as required, including student finance and bus applications.
