Macclesfield College is seeking a dedicated Coach/Mentor in Plumbing to coach and mentor learners on Plumbing Apprenticeships.
You will support learners in classes and in the workplace, helping them build evidence for End Point Assessment and ensuring safety and progression throughout the apprenticeship.
You will collaborate with teaching staff, complete reviews with learners and employers, and promote training to employers to grow our apprenticeship provision.
