The Role
You will join a committed team of practitioners within a curriculum area that benefits from large student numbers. The team is dedicated to providing the best experiences for learners through innovative teaching in a well-resourced environment. The post involves marketing, delivering, and assessing a range of courses in Health and Social Care, including teaching at Level 1 and 2.
Main Duties
- Plan and deliver teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure effective student progress.
- Maintain teaching standards at least at a good or outstanding level to promote high success rates.
- Assess learners' work accurately against awarding body criteria to ensure qualification achievement.
- Follow college quality assurance procedures to support successful audits.
- Utilize resources effectively to enhance learners' experiences and uphold professional standards.
