The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
To operate the Hillsborough stocking facility including unloading, loading and packaging Maccaferri construction materials. Additional office-based support to the Senior Account Manager in all aspects relating to sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Hillsborough stocking facility in an efficient, organised manner.
- Receive and unpack in-bound containerised or trailer delivered goods.
- Receive and prepare orders for collection by clients or third-party carriers.
- Keep yard and stocks in a tidy, safe manner.
- Regular stock takes in line with audit procedure.
- Organisation and despatch of small stock of rental tools.
- Assembly of welded mesh gabions as required.
- Use of CRM, SAP and other Maccaferri business system tools to ensure accurate project, enquiry, quotation, order, invoicing and other processes associated with commercial enquiries.
- Assist in inbound enquiries to the company by displaying a professional and efficient telephone manner and approach to customers.
- Attend any meetings as appropriate to provide product support and customer service if required.
- Develop a practical knowledge of the Company’s products and solutions.
- Follow the business processes necessary to facilitate and comply with office processes and procedures, from the point of initial contact with the customer to completion of the project.
- Work with Sales Manager to deliver the processes to ensure the efficient and accurate management of stocks.
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate stock control.
- Maintain the Company’s commitment to ISO 9001 including championing Customer Satisfaction and identifying and pursuing areas of continuous improvement to customer service.
Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable with working alone at times and aware of lone-worker responsibilities/requirements.
- Forklift truck operator's licence.
- Ability to safely operate/handle equipment.
- Implement and adhere to the company's quality procedures.
- Work closely with, assist and provide cover for other members of the commercial team in Hillsborough as appropriate.
- Undertake such organisational and administration duties as may be required by the role and the Sales Manager/Senior Account Manager.
