We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work within a supportive growing team on Friday\’s 12noon until 4:30pm, providing support throughout; Lunchtime Activities (1 Hour): Lead on flexible lunchtime activities throughout a staggered lunchtime, allowing children to join / exit the activity. Activities could include; -Football -Dodgeball -Minigames -Enrichment activities -Child chosen activities Enrichment Activities (40 – 50 Minuets): To lead on an enrichment activity, which could include; -Communication Games -Team Building Activities -Arts & Crafts Designs -Child chosen activities Small Focus Group (45 Minuets): To lead a group of 10 children on a range of enrichment and active activities before their assembly starts and the end of this session. Afterschool Clubs (1 Hour): To lead an afterschool club of the children\’s choice. This could include leading a series of competitions for the children, organising the children into teams to compete. This could also include leading a different activity each week to show children an inclusive variety of activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding of children (training will be provided on appointment).
  • Ensure arrival to site in a timely prompt manner (15 minutes in advance).
  • Delivery of activities provided by the Operational Lead and School.
  • Maintain a professional approach to your duties at all times and set high expectations for children attending your activities.
  • Promote an ethos of inclusion and alignment with MACCA Sports Academies and School values.
  • Support the team where required.
  • A full role & responsibilities document will be provided to review before appointment.
