Join our enthusiastic team throughout the school holiday periods (Easter, Summer & Winter) at Weybridge Vandals Rugby Club. Coaching our Multi‑Sport and Creative Activities course through the Holiday, Activities and Food programme, funded by the Department of Education.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting & coaching planned activities to children aged 5 – 16 years old, through Arts & Crafts and Physical Activity.
  • Safeguarding of children (training will be provided).
  • Ensure all children are supervised at all times (activities, breaks & lunch).
  • Maintain a professional approach, being punctual, organised and setting high expectations for children.
  • Promote an ethos of inclusion and adaptability.
  • Promote our values of BeYou, BeKind & BeGreat.
  • Support Head of Programme where required with:
    • Registration of children on arrival and departure.
    • Health and Safety checks throughout the day.

Working days are based on team availability and can be flexible, we typically operate a 4‑day working week from 9:30am until 2:30pm.
