A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to recruit an Apprentice Project Manager to join its London team with an Autumn start. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a career in project management, combining full time employment with a fully funded degree apprenticeship and hands on experience on live construction projects.
As an Apprentice Project Manager, you will support experienced Project Managers in delivering construction and development projects from inception through to completion. You will gain exposure to key aspects of project delivery, client engagement and programme management while working towards a recognised project management qualification.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers with day to day project delivery
- Assisting with programmes, progress reporting and meeting minutes
- Attending client meetings, design team meetings and site visits
- Helping monitor project costs, risks and change control
- Supporting coordination between consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Assisting with project documentation, reports and trackers
- Developing technical and professional skills through a structured apprenticeship programme
Qualifications
- A Levels, BTEC or equivalent (typically 96 UCAS points or equivalent)
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 / C or above (or equivalent)
- Eligibility and commitment to enrol on a Project Management apprenticeship or degree starting in Autumn
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
