World Vision UK is part of the global World Vision partnership, helping the world’s most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life, inspired by our Christian faith.
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead World Vision UK into a season of transformation, growth, and innovation.
This newly created role will oversee Operations, Strategy & Transformation, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Central Services, building agility, entrepreneurial spirit, and a culture of excellence across the organisation.
As a mission-critical leader and key partner to our Chief Executive Officer, the COO will drive the execution of our strategic goals, strengthen organisational performance, harness technology to improve efficiency, and ensure strong collaboration across teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping World Vision UK’s future and helping us become the fastest growing and most trusted international children’s charity in the UK.
