- Communicate internally and externally with stakeholders to monitor projects, variations, finances and deliverable

- Visit sites to keep up to date on progress, variations, quality
- Work closely with Estimator and other internal staff as well as trades, other site staff and directors
- Projects are for private, public, commercial, education and charity sectors, amongst others
- Work in a relaxed environment where family, trust and self-motivation are key
- Degree or qualification would be a bonus
