MacArthur is recruiting for a successful manufacturing company for the position of Administrator (Product Co‑ordinator). No previous product experience is required; full induction will be provided.

Summary of the role

The role is suitable for an experienced Administrator with a great eye for detail, organisational skills and a proactive nature. You will assist and guide stakeholders in the Product and Production teams to allow new product introduction, contributing to a successful team and learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the Product development, Production, Finance and other stakeholders to allow a smooth introduction of new products
  • Use MS Office tools to produce/manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, basic graphics, reports and schedules
  • Involve in projects – samples, testing, paperwork, certifications, schedules, regular reports, purchase orders (training given), data input, documentation, deliveries, logistics
  • Use in‑house software (training provided)
  • Collaborate to enhance progress against schedules
