MAC, the iconic make up brand is looking for make up artists to join their teams at their location in London Gatwick Airport. The MAC brand is the ultimate colour authority, sold in 120 countries worldwide, this is the make up brand to be part of. MAC is the brand with artistry at its roots and inclusion and diversity at the core of the brand, the ethos is and always has been all ages, all races, all genders.
We have opportunities for people looking for full time and part time roles:
- Full time - 36 hours across any 4 days of the week.
- Part time - 18 or 24 hours worked across any 3 days of the week.
Everyone must be able to do a 4am start each week. As a MAC Artist you represent the image, the product and culture of the company to the passenger.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer service and sales, achieved through exceptional communication skills and artistic abilities, aligning to what the passenger is looking for.
- Maintain counter and personal standards that our customers expect from a premium brand.
- Be commercially minded - make sure we have product available to sell.
- Work to sales targets and personal achievements.
- Keep up to date and on trend with the latest make up looks, demonstrating and participating in MAC events such as Viva Glam and product launches.
We look for people who have an exceptional standard of service, we love personalities and enthusiasm for artistry as well as customer service and engaging the customer into the MAC brand. We like a "can do" attitude and people who want to go over and above the expected, for the brand and also our customer.

Applicants should be aware that as this role is based within Gatwick Airport, before you commence work you must have an Airside ID Pass, this requires a Criminal Reference Check and a 5 year checkable work history. You would be guided through this process and it may take a few weeks.
