We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Manager to play a leading role in the success of the team by supporting the lead, coaching, and developing our team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Creativity is our day to day. Our mission is to enable limitless self-expression by turning makeup into art for all β you included. As Assistant Manager, your role will also contribute to bringing this in-store experience to life through the creation of inspirational in-store events and drawing success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store.

Qualifications
About you You will have:
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours. Please discuss your availability further with the hiring manager before/during the interview.
- A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
