Birmingham Part-Time On-site
MAC

Midlands Arts Centre (MAC) is an exciting, ambitious arts centre which offers a wide array of free exhibitions, theatre, music, cinema and comedy performances as well as creative learning and participation activities. Well-loved and well-used, it’s a relaxed, friendly place attracting a diverse mix of visitors, situated in the leafy Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham. We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen team.

Job Purpose

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated chef to join our kitchen team at MAC.

Whether you're an experienced Chef de Partie looking for your next challenge or a Commis Chef ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you. We're happy to consider someone looking to build on their existing kitchen experience, provided they have the right attitude, a passion for food and a genuine willingness to learn.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take on greater responsibility and gain experience across our varied catering operation, working alongside our Head Chef and wider kitchen team.

With predominantly daytime shifts and occasional paid overtime available, this is a chance to build your career in a busy, professional kitchen while enjoying a better work-life balance than many traditional hospitality roles offer.
