Wholesale Domestic is looking for a commercially focused CRO Manager to lead conversion rate optimisation across our eCommerce brands, Wholesale Domestic and Top Radiators. You will own the CRO strategy, identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, and drive measurable growth in conversion rate, AOV, and overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the CRO roadmap across both websites.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and identify conversion barriers.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to drive optimisation decisions.
  • Define UX, content, and functionality requirements to improve performance.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs including conversion rate, funnel performance, and AOV.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, CRM, and development teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the CRO team.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven CRO, UX, or optimisation experience within eCommerce.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Excellent understanding of customer behaviour and conversion psychology.
  • Experience with GA, GTM, and CRO testing platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience leading and developing a team.
