We are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team. This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 3 days per week on-site across multiple operational locations. Candidates do not need to live near one specific site but must be comfortable travelling between locations.
The Role
You will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, talent management, and employee engagement. This role would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and can confidently influence stakeholders while supporting business performance and culture.
