  • Own and evolve the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy across key target accounts
  • Drive high-quality pipeline generation through measurable, data-led marketing activity
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline progression
  • Manage campaign performance, reporting and attribution, using insights to optimise future activity
  • Lead content initiatives that support brand awareness, thought leadership and demand generation
  • Test new marketing technologies, AI tools and emerging channels to improve performance
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to support business growth

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in growth marketing, demand generation or B2B performance marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated campaigns
  • Strong experience across digital marketing, paid media, content marketing, events and ABM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot
  • CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and attribution to inform decisions
  • Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Benefits:

  • Salary up to £95,000 plus performance bonus
  • Hybrid working (typically two days per week in the London office)
  • Private healthcare and health cash plan
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • Life assurance and income protection
  • Enhanced family leave
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Employee share scheme
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities

Our client is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of background.
