We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a growing Product & Technology team developing and transforming a cloud-based enterprise platform used worldwide. Working with teams across the business, you will lead the design of intuitive, accessible user experiences, own UX across multiple product modules, and drive consistency through a scalable design system.
The Role
You'll be responsible for creating user-centred experiences from concept through to delivery, producing wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma while working closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. You'll also oversee an external design agency, ensuring the design system is maintained and adopted consistently across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
- Deliver intuitive, accessible and responsive user experiences
- Maintain and evolve the product design system
- Manage the external design-system agency
- Champion UX best practice and WCAG accessibility
About You
You'll have:
- Strong Figma and prototyping skills
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks
- Knowledge of responsive design and WCAG accessibility
- Experience working within Agile product teams
