We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a growing and dynamic organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer service, purchasing, administration and inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation.
  • Raise purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time.
  • Provide general administrative support for procurement and warehouse operations.

This role is split across the admin team and warehouse operations team.

The role will primarily be based in the office however there will be some time spent in the warehouse, with the following responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas to support efficient stock control.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
  • Prepare and issue materials to support operational requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have

  • A driving licence is essential for this role as the role will involve some driving.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, warehousing, or inventory control.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid forklift licence is beneficial however a willingness to complete this is essential.
