Our client, a successful multi-brand eCommerce business is looking to add an experienced UX/CRO Specialist to their growing digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys using customer insight, analytics and experimentation to improve digital experiences and deliver measurable commercial results. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with their online retail brands, identifying opportunities to remove friction, improve usability and increase conversion throughout the customer journey.
The Role: Working alongside Digital Marketing, SEO, CRM, Content, Trading, Data and Development teams, you'll help prioritise and deliver optimisation initiatives that enhance both the customer experience and business performance. This role would suit someone who combines analytical thinking with a passion for creating better online experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer journeys to identify usability issues and conversion opportunities.
- Use behavioural data, analytics and customer insight to make evidence-based recommendations.
