Salary: Up to £33,000 uncapped commission
We are looking for a motivated BD Executive to join a growing commercial team based in Blantyre. This role is all about proactive outbound sales, lead generation and building an early-stage pipeline. You will be speaking with potential clients daily, qualifying opportunities and setting up deals for the wider sales function. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants clear earning potential alongside structured working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sourcing and generating new leads through outbound calls and digital outreach
- Introducing products and services to potential clients and qualifying interest
- Managing and updating your own pipeline using a CRM system
- Booking meetings and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Working closely with marketing to feedback on lead quality and market trends
- Keeping up to date with industry activity and competitor movement
- Hitting daily, weekly and monthly activity and revenue KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales or business development
- Confident making cold calls and handling objections professionally
- Target-driven, resilient and commercially minded
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools
- Experience in financial or professional services is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence required
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am-5pm
- Friday: 9am-1pm half day
- No evenings or weekends
- Fully onsite role
