Following successful completion of the programme and required assessments, you will move onto a dual fuel wage. The opportunity Complete a structured 10-week programme to upskill from single fuel gas to dual fuel smart metering. Build on your existing gas experience while developing your electrical metering knowledge and practical skills. Progress into a dual fuel engineering role covering Cumbria. Move onto a dual fuel wage once successfully qualified. Your responsibilities Participate fully in the training programme and complete the required assessments. Following qualification, install, exchange and commission gas and electricity smart meters safely and accurately. Carry out relevant safety checks and report faults or issues. Explain how smart meters and in-home displays work to customers. Complete accurate job records and maintain a professional standard of customer service. Follow company procedures and relevant health and safety requirements. What we're looking for A qualified single fuel gas engineer with at least two years' relevant experience .
