We're looking for an experienced Digital Experience Lead to join a growing ecommerce business where you'll play a key role in improving online customer journeys, increasing conversion performance, and leading a culture of experimentation and continuous optimisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines UX thinking, commercial awareness and data-driven decision making.

You'll lead a small team while working cross-functionally with marketing, trading, content, CRM and development teams to deliver meaningful improvements that positively impact both customers and business performance.

The

Role: Lead the optimisation of key customer journeys across multiple ecommerce websites.

Identify customer pain points and opportunities through analytics, customer insight and behavioural data.

Develop wireframes, prototypes and UX recommendations to improve online experiences.

Drive A/B testing and experimentation programmes, creating evidence-based hypotheses and measuring outcomes.

Translate customer insights into prioritised optimisation roadmaps and business recommendations.

Work closely with external development partners to deliver high-quality website improvements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across digital, marketing, content, SEO, CRM and trading functions.

Coach and develop a small team of Digital/CRO Analysts, helping to build capability across the business.

Champion a customer-first, data-led approach to digital decision making.

About

You: You'll have experience in a Digital Experience, UX, CRO, Product Design or Digital Optimisation role within ecommerce and be passionate about improving online customer experiences.

Experience improving ecommerce customer journeys and conversion performance.

Strong understanding of UX principles, usability and customer journey mapping.

Experience using analytics and customer insight to influence decisions.

Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma.

Previous experience mentoring or leading colleagues.
