We are working with a leading UK infrastructure contractor delivering major renewable energy and civils projects across Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Section Engineer to support delivery of a long-term project in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business involved in large-scale energy infrastructure, offering long-term career progression and exposure to complex projects.
The Role
- You will play a key role in the successful delivery of civils packages, supporting the Project Manager and overseeing all aspects of site engineering.
- Managing day-to-day site engineering activities.
- Producing and managing RAMS, ITPs, and quality documentation.
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme adherence.
- Experience in a Section Engineer / Site Engineer role within heavy civils.
- Reinforced concrete structures.
- Drainage / utilities.
- Quality assurance processes.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and interface with site teams.
- Experience on renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- CSCS card (essential), SMSTS/SSSTS preferred.
