The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and outbound activity through to closing deals and growing accounts. Your focus will start on new business, with the opportunity to retain and develop the clients you win, creating long-term value and recurring commission.
- Drive new business across UK SMEs and the mid-market, managing the entire sales lifecycle
- Develop long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Sell a broad, credible portfolio including penetration testing, offensive security, managed SOC, cloud security, Cyber Essentials, and compliance services
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams in a highly collaborative environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling cyber security services (consultancy, MSSP, or professional services environment)
- Strong new business credentials with confidence owning deals end-to-end
- Experience managing your own pipeline, prospecting, and generating opportunities
