Location: Multiple Locations Across the UK
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warranty Manager to oversee and manage warranties for multiple Energy from Waste (EfW) plants across the UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of permits and on-site warranties, ensuring compliance and fostering positive interactions with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Management: Oversee and manage warranty claims and processes for all EfW plants, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration regarding warranty issues.
- Permit Understanding: Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and regulations associated with energy from waste operations, addressing any warranty-related concerns promptly and effectively.
- On-Site Warranties: Coordinate on-site warranty inspections and evaluations, working closely with plant managers and maintenance teams to resolve warranty claims efficiently.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on warranty performance, trends, and issues, providing insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for warranty-related matters, engaging with stakeholders to address concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
