The Role:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of their Aberdeen store, lead the Retail Sales Team, and drive sales growth. This hands-on role requires a strong leader who can identify opportunities, foster local business relationships, and deliver against sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.
You will be instrumental in creating a seamless customer journey, coaching your team to excel as brand ambassadors, and aligning store performance with broader company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
