You will oversee a portfolio of personal injury claims, managing both pre-litigation and litigated cases. Your focus will be on generating fee income and actively contributing to the teamβs success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client care to those affected by life-altering events.
- Lead client meetings and collaborate effectively with expert witnesses.
- Analyse evidence and conduct research on legal issues related to liability, causation, and quantum.
- Draft essential legal documents, including statements, pleadings, and court filings.
- Secure early interim payments and arrange necessary rehabilitation for clients.
- Work to achieve optimal settlement results for your clients.
Who Weβre Looking For
- Strong communication skills, with expertise in negotiation and handling objections.
