Our client, a leading full-service creative agency, is on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join their growing team. With a strategic focus on the vibrant drinks industry, this agency is known for delivering insightful and innovative campaigns for some of the biggest names in this space. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working directly with clients, mentoring junior creatives, and helping shape the agency’s future creative direction.
The Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Senior Designer with a background in brand design, content creation and multi-channel campaigns. You’ll lead the delivery of creative strategy and execution across a mix of digital, print, activation and experiential projects, primarily for premium drinks, events and lifestyle clients. You’ll be client-facing, responsible for presenting ideas, leading creative conversations, and ensuring every output reflects strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail. Alongside developing brand and campaign creative, you’ll mentor junior designers, manage project priorities, and collaborate with account managers, strategists and freelance specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver standout creative concepts, brand visuals and campaign ideas across multiple formats.
- Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring work is on brief, on brand, and on time.
- Present creative ideas and campaign concepts directly to clients.
- Mentor and manage junior creatives, supporting their growth and quality of output.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to deliver projects smoothly.
- Produce mock-ups, scamps and visuals to clearly communicate creative ideas.
- Contribute ideas to improve studio processes, workflows, and ways of working.
- Stay connected to industry, lifestyle and creative trends to inspire fresh, relevant work.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of creative/design experience in an agency or brand setting.
- Confident conceptual thinker with experience developing brand and campaign ideas.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
- Strong layout, typography and brand identity design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
- Experience or a genuine interest in FMCG, premium or drinks is highly desirable.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience creating video treatments or storyboards.
- Familiarity with animation or video editing tools.
- Knowledge of experiential, event or activation design.
