We’re looking for a dynamic Pre-Contracts Manager on behalf of our client to join their ambitious infrastructure team. You will lead innovative bidding activities that secure major civil and rail projects, influencing the future of transport and energy across the country. As Pre-Contracts Manager, you will lead the charge in our work-winning strategy—overseeing bids, leading teams, and developing winning submissions that set us apart.
- Leading and mentoring pre-contract and bid teams
- A successful track record in pre-construction or bid management within rail or civils (Tier 1 or 2)
