If you are an experienced and skilled Product Manager, with a strong background in proposition and product development across retail banking/insurance products in financial services, we want to speak to you about this exciting role! As Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and managing innovative products that meet the evolving needs of customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives Identify target markets and create new product propositions Oversee product road maps and ensure timely delivery Analyse product performance and make data-driven recommendations Ensure products adhere to regulatory requirements and promote a customer-first approach Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in product development and management within financial services. Experience of being involved in launching new products and identifying target markets. Strong understanding of product development methodologies and Consumer Duty. Must have previous experience of developing retail banking/insurance products (i.e. Savings, Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, Current Accounts etc.) Understanding of product development methodologies. In-depth knowledge of developing products within the FCA framework. Desirable Skills: Experience in business transformation and working with intermediaries Strong judgment and decision-making skills Passion for customer-centric product design Salary for this position is up to a base of £55,000 with an excellent package, with flexible hybrid working options on offer.
