p We’re working with an established technology business in Aberdeen to find a Product Manager to join their growing digital team. /p p br /p p This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of product development — working closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering and delivery teams to build products that solve real problems. /p p br /p p br /p p strong The Role /strong /p p br /p p As Product Manager, youll act as the link between customers, stakeholders and technical teams. /p p br /p p Youll help shape the product roadmap, making decisions around what gets built, why its being built and how it delivers value to customers. /p p br /p p Youll be involved across the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer needs and defining features through to prioritisation, delivery and continuous improvement. /p p br /p p strong What youll be doing /strong /p p br /p ul li Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends and business priorities. /li li Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities. /li li Use data and analytics to support product decisions and prioritisation. /li li Define and prioritise new features and enhancements. /li li Represent the product in customer and sales meetings, including demonstrating the platform and answering questions. /li li Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives. /li li Monitor competitors, industry trends and emerging technologies. /li /ul p br /p p strong What were looking for /strong /p p br /p p Youll ideally have: /p p br /p ul li Experience working in Product Management or a similar product-focused role. /li li Confident in a client-facing role, leading discovery conversations and delivering engaging product demos to prospective clients. /li li A good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams. /li li A data-driven approach to decision making, with experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools. /li li A genuine interest in building products that solve customer problems and deliver business value. /li li A full UK driving licence, as travel to client and company locations will be required. /li /ul p br /p p strong Location Travel /strong /p p br /p p Hybrid role, with 2 days per week based in the Aberdeen office and regular travel to client sites as required. /p p br /p p strong Apply /strong /p p br /p p If you’re a customer-focused Product Manager who enjoys understanding client needs, shaping product strategy and working closely with technical teams to build products that deliver real value, we’d love to hear from you. /p p br /p
