A growing and ambitious digital marketing agency is seeking a Paid Media Lead to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager with a passion for paid media to take ownership of strategy and execution, driving the success of campaigns for high-profile clients whilst leading a talented team in a role that will guarantee growth and progression.
The Role:
As a Paid Media Team Lead, you'll manage the strategy and execution of successful paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal results for clients and leading a team of paid media managers. This role reports to the Head of Paid Media, managing clients with budgets up to six-figure spends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media accounts across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Develop strategies, launch campaigns, and handle budget management and reporting.
- Oversee keyword research, copy drafts, and client recommendations.
- Review new campaigns for technical and setting accuracy.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation based on client priorities.
- Support the team with optimization opportunities based on performance.
- Review monthly report commentary for clarity and context.
- Engage with clients to discuss performance and growth opportunities.
- Organize workload and ensure clear communication with the team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with paid media, especially paid search.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and workload prioritization.
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics 4.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and high standards.
