We’re supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team.

This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 3 days per week on-site across multiple operational locations. Candidates do not need to live near one specific site but must be comfortable travelling between locations.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across:

  • Workforce planning
  • Employee relations
  • Organisational change
  • Talent management
  • Employee engagement

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience
  • Energy from Waste (EFW)
  • Energy Recovery Facilities (ERF)
