Our client, a growing agency, is looking to appoint a B2B Campaign Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer to take ownership of LinkedIn-led campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be responsible for shaping strategy, delivering campaigns, and driving measurable results for a range of complex B2B propositions. It’s a role with real autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
The Role
You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns, with LinkedIn at the heart of your channel mix. Working across multiple client accounts, you’ll develop strategy, oversee execution, and provide clear reporting and recommendations. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign management. You’ll also work closely with the wider team to explore and integrate AI into campaign planning and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver B2B campaign strategies across multiple client accounts
- Plan, launch, optimise and report on LinkedIn paid and organic campaigns
- Translate complex products and services into clear, compelling messaging
- Manage senior client stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Balance multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support the adoption of AI tools and workflows across campaign delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, agency or in-house
- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn, both paid and organic
- Strong strategic capability, with experience building campaign strategies from scratch
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and client relationships
- Experience working across multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
- Commercially aware, organised and proactive in your approach

Location
