A leading UK financial technology provider is seeking a Head of Technical Delivery to drive the execution of its most complex and business‐critical technical solutions. Supporting a significant share of the UK mortgage and savings market, this organisation delivers cloud‐native, scalable platforms used by banks, building societies, specialist lenders and brokers nationwide. This is a high‐impact leadership role where you will shape how technology delivery operates across the business. About the Role
As Head of Technical Delivery, you will provide strategic oversight across multi‐disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring alignment from early‐stage concept through to client‐ready implementation. You will evolve operating models, strengthen governance, and embed modern engineering practices across the organisation. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate strategic roadmaps into executable delivery plans, while championing continuous improvement, Agile at scale, and DevOps maturity. This role requires a leader who can bring clarity to complexity, influence at executive level, and build a culture where teams feel empowered to innovate and excel.
