- Lead content initiatives that support brand awareness, thought leadership and demand generation
- Test new marketing technologies, AI tools and emerging channels to improve performance
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to support business growth
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in growth marketing, demand generation or B2B performance marketing
- Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated campaigns
- Strong experience across digital marketing, paid media, content marketing, events and ABM
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot
- CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and attribution to inform decisions
- Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
