Our client, a growing consumer-focused brand operating within a fast-moving product-led industry, is looking to add a Social Content Creator to their expanding marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s obsessed with social media, understands how to create content that actually cuts through, and enjoys working in a fast-paced brand environment where ideas move quickly.
You’ll work closely with the wider creative and marketing teams to help grow the brand’s presence across organic and paid social, producing engaging content designed to build awareness, community and performance.
The Role:This role is heavily focused on short-form social content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You’ll be responsible for creating, editing and repurposing content across a variety of campaigns, products and brand moments, while also supporting wider paid social creative and community engagement activity. This role would suit someone creative, hands-on and naturally plugged into trends, platform behaviour and what drives engagement online.
Responsibilities:- Create and edit engaging short-form social content across key platforms
- Develop platform-native content designed to improve reach, engagement and performance
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple content formats and variations
- Support paid social campaigns with fresh creative ideas, hooks and concepts
- Capture content on-site, behind-the-scenes and during shoots or events
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams on campaigns and launches
- Engage with online audiences through comments, replies and community interaction
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up to date with social trends, emerging formats and platform updates
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms
- Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
- Understanding of short-form content, storytelling and social engagement
- Comfortable filming content using phones and cameras
- Experience supporting both organic and paid social content is advantageous
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
