Our client, a fast‑growing international consumer‑focused business, is looking to add a new Digital Marketing Manager to their expanding in‑house marketing team. Operating across multiple brands and campaigns throughout the UK and internationally, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly creative, fast‑paced environment where digital performance sits at the centre of commercial growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement and conversions across a varied portfolio of campaigns and projects. This role could be perfect for someone with a strong Paid Social background, looking to broaden their skills and role, or an existing generalist Digital Marketer with strong Paid Social skills.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, data‑driven digital marketing role suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial performance. You’ll work across paid media, email marketing, automation, websites and conversion optimisation to deliver measurable business impact. You’ll have genuine ownership across campaigns and strategy, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver the wider digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and campaigns
- Build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across key digital channels
- Create and optimise landing pages, email campaigns and automation journeys
- Work closely with web partners to improve website performance and user experience
- Run A/B testing across campaigns and customer journeys to improve conversions
- Manage analytics, tracking and reporting to support data‑led decision making
- Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Support campaign messaging, creative direction and content planning
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hands‑on digital marketing role
- Strong paid media experience, particularly across Meta platforms
- Experience driving growth for B2C, D2C or e‑commerce focused businesses
- Knowledge of email and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Experience using Google Analytics, GTM and conversion optimisation tools
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or WooCommerce
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinker with strong communication skills
