I'm looking for a proactive, commercially minded Client Success Manager to help customers get maximum value from cyber‑focused services and to build long‑term, strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their full lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption to renewals and growth.
You’ll lead high‑impact QBRs, use data and insight to shape account strategy, and work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery consistently exceeds expectations. You’ll spot risks early, remove friction before it escalates, and champion improvements that elevate the customer experience. This is not a reactive support role; it’s a strategic, high‑impact function that drives retention, expansion and advocacy.
The salary for this role is up to £45,000 + benefits which include private healthcare and an enhanced pension. The role will be on-site in Glasgow 4 days per week and a driving licence is required for the position as it will involve ad-hoc travel to client sites.
If you’re customer‑obsessed, commercially sharp and excited by the idea of shaping a best‑in‑class Client Success function within a growing cyber organisation, I'd love to hear from you.
