Our client, a growing and performance-led social content agency, is looking to bring in an Account Manager (or strong Account Executive ready to step up) to join their team. They work across a diverse mix of sectors, delivering creative, data-led campaigns that blend organic content, paid social and production to drive real, measurable results. The Role: You’ll sit at the centre of client relationships and internal delivery, managing day-to-day comms, coordinating teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. It’s a varied role where you’ll be involved across organic, paid social and content, working closely with creative and performance teams to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients
- Manage timelines, deliverables and internal coordination
- Lead client calls and ensure clear communication throughout
- Brief internal teams and oversee quality of output
- Track campaign performance and support reporting
- Ensure work aligns with client goals and strategy

Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in an agency environment
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects
- Strong understanding of social (organic, paid and content)
- Confident with clients and leading calls
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Familiar with key platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
