The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We’re working with a growing, established business investing heavily in digital transformation and looking for someone to take full ownership of demand generation.
This is a hands-on, accountable role. You’ll build and run the digital acquisition engine end-to-end, focusing on improving lead quality, conversion rates and overall pipeline predictability. There’s real autonomy here, you won’t be managing agencies, you’ll be building and optimising the system yourself.
Responsibilities:
- Owning paid search and performance campaigns (Google Ads core, LinkedIn supporting)
- Developing and improving SEO performance and intent coverage
- Building and refining multi-touch acquisition journeys
- Optimising landing pages and conversion performance
- Managing HubSpot workflows, tracking and reporting
- Improving lead scoring and Sales handover processes
- Using data to test, refine and scale what works
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on HubSpot capability
- Solid experience with Google Ads and SEO
- Confidence with CRO and funnel optimisation
- Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline quality
- Self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable owning outcomes
- Experience in B2B services, agencies, events, marketplaces or similar environments would be advantageous.
