Our client, a fast-growing ecommerce business, is looking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to their growing team. With ambitious growth plans and a strong direct-to-consumer focus, this is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling brand where you'll have broad exposure across digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, influencer activity, CRM and ecommerce.

This is a hands-on digital marketing role suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to work across the full digital marketing mix. You'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across social, email, influencer marketing and paid media, while helping to identify new opportunities to improve performance and grow the brand's online presence. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable working within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage organic social scheduling, content coordination and community engagement
  • Work alongside external agencies to support paid media performance across Meta, Google and other platforms
  • Assist with creative testing, campaign optimisation and performance analysis
  • Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships and user-generated content activity
  • Support email marketing, CRM campaigns and customer retention initiatives
  • Distribute content across digital channels and ensure campaigns are executed effectively
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct competitor research and identify emerging market trends
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing activity
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role in Ecommerce
  • Experience within ecommerce, consumer brands or agency environments would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
  • Experience supporting social media, influencer activity and email marketing campaigns
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of performance metrics and customer behaviour
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn within a growing business
  • Experience with SEO, website optimisation or marketplace marketing would be beneficial
